It's a good idea from. Managers are important of course but, Their work can be pretty had that they would burn out if they did it by themselves only. So, delegating some work to employees makes the process much easier and gives the employees more experience and ambition.

You forgot that in the short term the manager should invest a lot of time training the employees for the new work. But, overall it's a great idea as you said. It really nailed my admiration.

You forgot that in the short term the manager should invest a lot of time training the employees for the new work. But, overall it's a great idea as you said. It really nailed my admiration.

I don't think he forgot it. It's so obvious that employees need training and this is so time-consuming. Although it gives employees the motivation they need to do the work effeciently.

This might be a game-changer in business. This would release a lot of stress from the managers. Also giving freedom and autonomy to the employees makes them more passionate and efficient in the work.

NICE. I like this a lot. It's a creative idea because managers have a huge load of work on them and employees follows the orders in a really boring and creativity-killing way. So, by delegating some of the manager's work to the employees makes them more creative and relaxes the manager a little bit.
